Staying active

Working out has never been one of my favorite things to do but because I want to stay healthy, feel and look young; working out is a must in my life. I live in front of my computer and I’m always looking for different ways to stay active. I came across this workout and tried it out with one of my friends last week. It was tough to say the least. If you feel like trying something new, I suggest you try it out.

Workout Fun

I’ve been keeping up with my five days a week workout regimen and I’m very proud of myself. I do something different everyday, whether it’s taking a Zumba class or Power Pump class at 24 Hr Fitness to meeting my trainer twice a week and running at memorial park. Last night, I met with my trainer for an intense workout. I did 15 minutes on the elliptical followed by the workout below for 40 minutes. I’m looking for a new trainer in Houston so if you know of any, please email me at JennyFlyGirlRadio@gmail.com.

Feel that BEAT

Went to the gym last night for a workout with my trainer and it definitely wasn’t easy! I’m seeing him two more times this week and I know I’m going to feel it. I saw this phrase on the wall when we walked in and it immediately gave me a little motivation so I wanted to share with all of you! I know working out is tough but after you finish your workout, you will feel so much better about life in general.photo (5)

Working on my fitness

I finally made my way back to the gym after a whole week off! I usually work out 5 times a week by doing different workouts like Zumba, weight training and working out with my trainer. Today I decided to workout at 24 Hr Fitness and take the Training Camp class. We did lunges, squats, weights and high intensity cardio intervals. It was definitely tough but worth it, especially since I had a whole week off.
