I’ve been keeping up with my five days a week workout regimen and I’m very proud of myself. I do something different everyday, whether it’s taking a Zumba class or Power Pump class at 24 Hr Fitness to meeting my trainer twice a week and running at memorial park. Last night, I met with my trainer for an intense workout. I did 15 minutes on the elliptical followed by the workout below for 40 minutes. 20 squats with a 40 lbs barbell
10 lbs each hand lunges
At end if every lunge 10 lbs plates – army push – 12
Plank for 1 minute
20 abs crunches
Band around waist spring back and fourth
3 burpees
5 lb dumbbell shoulder raise then Tri push up to sky
Spider man lunges
20 jumping jacks
